Objectif : Etudier la responsabilité environnementale en matière de déchets au regard de la directive cadre 2008/98/ce
Mercredi 19 octobre 2011, Jérôme Fromageau, doyen de la faculté Jean Monnet et président de la SFDE section Ile de France et Alain Heidelberger, secrétaire général du Sypred, ont accueilli à l’université de sceaux étudiants, juristes et professionnels à une journée d’étude organisée conjointement par la SFDE et le Sypred sur le thème « responsabilité environnementale en matière de déchets : les évolutions et la responsabilité élargie du producteur ».
Les intervenants de la matinée se sont attachés à mettre en lumière l’évolution de la responsabilité en matière de traitement des déchets de la directive 75/442 CEE à la directive 2008/98 ce.
L’après-midi, les exposés et les discussions ont porté sur la responsabilité élargie du producteur du déchet, sa mise en œuvre actuelle en France et ses évolutions possibles.
