Un arrêté du 8 août 2016 met fin à la gratuité de la prestation d’enlèvement des huiles moteurs usagées chez les détenteurs (garagistes, industries, déchetteries disposant de conteneurs à cet effet, etc.). Il s’agit d’une solution « d’urgence et temporaire » afin de permettre à la filière des huiles usagées « de traverser la crise qu’elle connaît actuellement », explique le ministère de l’Environnement.
